When did you last take a first aid course? For many people this dates back decades, to obtaining their driving licence at 16 or 18.

On Mallorca in particular, acting quickly can be crucial. Many residents live on fincas or in rural areas, while the emergency services are heavily stretched, especially during the season. The first few minutes until professional help arrives can save lives.

Compact and practical

In my first aid refresher course we focus on the essentials - compact, practical and easy to understand in just 1.5 to 2 hours.

Held by arrangement at my place or directly with you on site.

Who am I?

I am 56 years old and have been a volunteer with the fire brigade as well as the emergency services since the age of 16. During this time I have taken part in a wide variety of operations of differing kinds and difficulty and gained extensive practical experience.

As a trained paramedic, first responder and long-standing first aid instructor and district instructor for the fire brigade, I am happy to pass on this knowledge - practical, easy to understand and without a lot of unnecessary theory.

My goal is to take away people's fear of helping and to show them that everyone is capable of helping effectively in an emergency - especially when it concerns their own family, friends or neighbours.
