Taxi numbers on Mallorca, sorted by region and town
On Mallorca a taxi licence belongs to a municipality, not to the island. A taxi from Pollença normally cannot pick you up in Alcúdia, so you need the number for the town you are standing in. Below are 24 dispatch centres sorted by region, each with a link you can pass on directly.

What to know before you call
Every municipality issues its own licences. A taxi may only pick up passengers inside its own municipality, but it can drive you anywhere. Two exceptions: at Palma airport every licence may pick up, and a pre-booked ride is not bound by the municipal border.
Since September 2025, 13 municipalities in the centre and north have been running a joint service: Pollença, Alcúdia, Muro, Santa Margalida, Sa Pobla, Llubí, Inca, Binissalem, Alaró, Selva, Campanet, Petra and Escorca. Their taxis may pick you up in any partner municipality. Artà, Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and Son Servera are set to follow.
In 2025 the regional government set a single reference tariff: 2.50 € base fare, 1.20 € per kilometre on weekdays and a 4.65 € surcharge for the airport and the ports. Municipalities adopt it by council decision once they run a joint service.
