Mallorca Plus is a German-language guide for people who live on Mallorca, are moving here or visit the island regularly. Every day our contact form brings us questions about authorities, housing, health and everyday life. We answer them as far as we have experience ourselves or can refer you to a suitable contact. We do not provide legal, tax or medical advice - for that we recommend qualified points of contact.

Typical enquiries we receive

• Concierge enquiry: You are looking for a vetted service provider (pool, garden, trades, IT, tax adviser) and would like us to suggest suitable providers.
• Recommendation: You know a reliable business on the island and would like to suggest it for the service provider directory.
• Request a listing: You are a business owner on Mallorca yourself and would like to be added to our directory.
• Feedback and corrections: You have spotted an error in an article, found a link that no longer works, or have a topic suggestion.
• General question: You have a specific question about NIE, empadronamiento, doctors, school, cars or taxes and do not know where to start.

Response times and language

We usually reply within 24 to 48 hours, and correspondingly later on weekends and public holidays. For time-critical enquiries WhatsApp is the fastest way. You can write to us in German or English. We forward Spanish enquiries to our native-speaking contacts when they go beyond our competence.

Data protection

We use the details from the contact form solely to process your enquiry. We do not pass them on to third parties and delete them as soon as the matter is concluded, at the latest after the statutory retention periods. You can find details in our privacy policy.
