Palma now has five providers that explicitly market themselves around longevity: from annual memberships at 10,000 to 35,000 € with whole-body MRI to a centre offering red light and energy medicine without published prices. Before you pick one, take a look at the free screening programmes of IB-Salut, the Spanish public health system on the Balearic Islands, and at a simple doctor-led check-up. Both are explained in our guide to health check-ups and longevity on Mallorca. This post compares the providers, lists their prices, says whether their licence as a health centre appears in the national register and shows what to watch out for before your first appointment.

None of the providers pays to be mentioned, and we receive no commission on any treatment.

At a glance

Age Reversal sells annual memberships for 10,000 to 35,000 €, Instituto Rubí a six-month programme for 995 or 1,495 € a month. IUNE, Galatzó Health and Qvantum publish no prices. Age Reversal and IUNE appear in the national REGCESS register as licensed health centres. Galatzó Health states a registration number that we could not find there. For many of the services in these packages, such as whole-body MRI in healthy people, NAD+ infusions or epigenetic age tests, a benefit has not been shown.

As of October 2026, according to the providers. "Registration checked: yes" means we found the centre in the national REGCESS register (October 2026 list). "No" does not automatically mean something is missing, but you should ask yourself. Languages are those of the website.

Age Reversal

Age Reversal is located at Avinguda Gabriel Roca 37 on the Paseo Marítimo and has further sites in Madrid and Barcelona. The medical team is led by neurosurgeon Dr. José Hernández Poveda. The centre has been listed in REGCESS as a licensed health centre since 10 January 2025, with general medicine as its specialty. On the pages we looked at (legal notice, FAQ, memberships), however, the registration number was not shown, even though Decreto 100/2010 requires it in advertising.

It sells annual memberships: Core for 10,000 €, Master for 20,000 €, Elite for 35,000 € (membership comparison). Even the lowest tier includes a brain MRI, a genetic and an epigenetic test; the higher tiers add whole-body MRI and coronary CT. The FAQ also describes a blood test meant to detect several types of cancer early.

Assessment: this is the most extensive and most expensive package on the island, and it relies heavily on imaging in healthy people. That is exactly what the American College of Radiology advises against, because the benefit is missing and incidental findings trigger many further tests (ACR). Before signing up, ask how incidental findings are handled and whether follow-up tests are included in the price.

IUNE by Cell4Care

IUNE is at Carrer Fray Luis de León 5 in Palma. According to its legal notice it is run by Cell4Care Spain S.L., and the website is primarily in German. Its licence as a health centre dates from 3 July 2026 and is listed in REGCESS under number 6527, covering general medicine, endocrinology, nursing, pain therapy and physiotherapy. The legal notice gives the number as "66527", probably a typo.

It offers infusions (including NAD+), a hyperbaric chamber, cryotherapy, hypoxia training, blood cleansing by apheresis, ozone therapy and hormone and DNA tests. The Gold and Platinum memberships are available on request only, and no prices appear on the website. The clinic directory longevity.technology lists prices from 1,500 US dollars and an average of 3,500 US dollars per client.

Assessment: well-controlled human studies on NAD+ infusions are lacking (NPR). One of the doctors lists "cell-based therapies" as a focus in his profile. Ask exactly what this means: stem cell therapies outside clinical trials are not allowed in Spain, according to the Spanish medicines agency AEMPS (in Spanish).

Galatzó Health

Galatzó Health is the practice of Dr. Indhira Ghyssaert. She sees patients at the Las Almas Institut health centre at Camí dels Reis 308 and also makes home visits. Services include medical consultations, extensive lab tests, infusions including NAD and biological age tests. The price page shows no amounts; the team gives costs on request.

The website states registration number 6485. We could not find this number in the October 2026 REGCESS list; the Las Almas Institut at the same address is listed there under a different number. The doctor publishes her medical registration number (número de colegiado) on the website.

Assessment: Galatzó Health states explicitly that the medical assessment comes before any test and that the term longevity does not mean ageing can be stopped. That is more cautious than most competitors. Still, have the registration number confirmed before you book infusions.

Instituto Rubí

Instituto Rubí has sites on Mallorca and elsewhere in Spain and offers a six-month longevity programme (programme page). For 995 € a month, or 5,970 € in total, you get two medical and two nutrition appointments a month, lab tests at the start and after six months, body composition measurements and the hyperbaric chamber twice a week. The extended version costs 1,495 € a month and adds further lab values and a bone density scan where indicated.

Assessment: the programme focuses mainly on nutrition, exercise, sleep and metabolism. That matches the position of the Spanish specialist society SEMAL, which puts lifestyle first and rejects therapies without scientific validation (Redacción Médica, in Spanish). The provider itself presents the hyperbaric chamber only as a supplement, not as a treatment against ageing. We did not check a registration number because the programme page gives no address on Mallorca. Ask for it when you sign up.

Qvantum Longevity Center

Qvantum opened on 15 March 2026 in the Geranis shopping passage near Plaça d'Espanya. The medical director is dermatologist Dr. Marc Hoefeld-Fegeler (Mallorca Magazin, in German). The offer includes body composition and heart rate variability measurements, red and infrared light, microcurrent, oxygen and hypoxia procedures, methods from so-called frequency and energy medicine and "digital Kirlian photography". Memberships run on "eight cycles per month"; prices are not published.

Assessment: the news site Mallorca Magic has given the offer a critical review. Some of the measurements have their place in medicine, but for terms such as frequency or energy medicine the effectiveness is not solidly proven. Information on costs per session, on the studies the centre relies on and on contraindications is missing. We found no REGCESS entry under the name Qvantum. As long as these questions are open, we are not adding Qvantum to our directory.

Other offers

  • A German-language infusion practice at longevitymallorca.contact sells NAD+ infusions in Palma and takes bookings from October 2026. We found no details on its licence or doctors on the home page.
  • The clinic chain Ona Clinic plans to offer regenerative and longevity medicine at its new Palma clinic, according to Ultima Hora (in Spanish).
  • Cryotherapy, ice baths and saunas, for example at Bluezone in Illetes, Transcend in Palma or Sauna Tramuntana, are wellness rather than medicine. Prices and addresses are in our post on wellness on Mallorca and in the directory under wellness.

Summary

If you mainly want to know how your health is doing, a lab check-up for 245 €, a consultation with a doctor and the free programmes of IB-Salut will take you a long way. The longevity centres in Palma sell a great deal more: lots of imaging, infusions and measurements whose benefit for healthy people is largely unproven. If you still want to book a programme, choose a provider whose licence you can find in REGCESS, who gives you a written quote and who answers your questions about benefits and incidental findings without dodging them. More background and the public screening programmes are covered in our guide to health check-ups and longevity on Mallorca.
