Vehicle sale terms

These terms apply when you list your vehicle through the form on mallorca-plus.de and receive bids from partner dealers on Mallorca.

1. The role of Mallorca Plus

Mallorca Plus only puts you in touch with interested dealers. We do not buy your vehicle ourselves and are not a party to the sales contract. The contract is concluded solely between you and the dealer whose bid you accept. Payment, handover, re-registration and liability for defects are matters between you and that dealer.

2. Cost

Listing your vehicle and receiving bids is free of charge for you. There is no commission and no brokerage fee.

3. What happens to your data

  • Partner dealers see the vehicle details and photos of your listing so they can place a bid.
  • Your contact details (name, email, phone) stay hidden. No dealer can contact you directly before you have made a decision.
  • Only when you accept a specific bid do we pass your contact details to the one dealer whose bid you accepted. To no one else.
  • If you decline all bids, only make counter offers, or do not respond at all, your contact details are never shared.

Dealers are contractually obliged to use your contact details solely to complete this one vehicle purchase, not to use them for advertising and not to pass them on to third parties. Details on processing are in our privacy policy.

4. Bids and acceptance

Dealer bids are non-binding price indications based on your details and photos, subject to an inspection of the vehicle. After an inspection a dealer may adjust or withdraw a bid. You are never obliged to accept a bid.

Once you accept a bid, we close your listing for further bids. Until you accept, you can make a counter offer or decline.

5. Your information

You confirm that you are entitled to sell the vehicle and that your statements about the vehicle, its condition and any known defects are accurate. You must have taken the photos yourself or hold the rights to them. Incorrect information may lead a dealer to withdraw a bid.

6. Withdrawal and deletion

You can withdraw your listing at any time and request deletion of your data and photos. An informal message to hallo@mallorca-plus.de is enough. If contact with a dealer has already been established, deletion covers our systems only; the dealer is subject to their own obligations.

7. Liability

We aim for uninterrupted availability of the service but cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for the conclusion, content or fulfilment of the sales contract between you and the dealer.
